  • 1 1/2 lb. 600 g. Chicken Breast

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

  • 3 tbsp. Flour

  • For sauce:
  • 3 tbsp. 60 g. Butter

  • 5 Garlic cloves

  • 2 tsp. Flour

  • 2 tsp. Oregano

  • 1 cup Water

Directions

  • Cutting chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes
  • Dredge chicken breast bites in the flour, (shake off excess)
  • Sear in a pan with a little olive oil until the chicken is golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and cover to keep warm.
  • In the same skillet melt the 2 tbsp. of butter over medium-low heat.
  • Add the chopped garlic and cook 1 min, then add flour, oregano, water and cook until aromatic, around 1 min.
  • Return the chicken bites to pan and stir for 1 min. or cook until the chicken is warmed through and everything is coated with sauce.
  • Sprinkle with parsley, then serve immediately and enjoy.
