A simple homemade Italian seasoning blend made with classic dried herbs. Perfect for chicken, pasta, sauces, and roasted vegetables.

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Add dried basil, oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder to a small bowl.
  • Mix well until all the herbs and spices are evenly combined.
  • Lightly crush the rosemary if you prefer a finer texture.
  • Transfer the seasoning to an airtight jar or spice container.
  • Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Adjust red pepper flakes to control the heat level.
  • Use fresh dried herbs for the best flavor.
  • Make smaller batches to keep the seasoning fresh longer.
