Milk

Cream cheese wedges

Instructions
Prepare the chicken livers, cut them in half, and trim and discard any visible fat or green parts.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion and saute for 5-6 minutes until golden.
Add the mushrooms to skillet and cook for about 6 minutes, stirring over high heat.
Add to mushrooms milk and cream cheese wedges, and cook for 5 min. stirring over medium heat.
Add Salt, Black Pepper, Chicken Livers and cook for 8-10 min. stirring over medium heat.
Finally add chopped garlic and parsley.
