Ingredients 

  • 1 lb. (450g) Chicken Livers
  • 1 lb. (450g) Mushrooms
  • 14 FL. (450g) Milk
  • 10.5 oz. (300 gr.) Cream cheese wedges
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Onion

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken livers, cut them in half, and trim and discard any visible fat or green parts.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion and saute for 5-6 minutes until golden.
  • Add the mushrooms to skillet and cook for about 6 minutes, stirring over high heat.
  • Add to mushrooms milk and cream cheese wedges, and cook for 5 min. stirring over medium heat.
  • Add Salt, Black Pepper, Chicken Livers and cook for 8-10 min. stirring over medium heat.
  • Finally add chopped garlic and parsley.
